No. We are a privately owned company. There is a fee for professional wildlife removal and pest control services.

Yes. We are permitted through the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) and our technicians are trained for professional wildlife control work.

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

Yes. We are dual licensed and provide both wildlife removal and pest control services. We do not handle termite or other wood-destroying insect infestations, but we do help with issues like rats and mice, and certain insect problems that commonly follow wildlife activity.

We provide statewide service across most of Virginia.

In many cases, we can schedule service quickly. Timing depends on your location, the animal issue, and current demand.

We are typically available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Weekend hours, Saturday and Sunday, are from 6 AM to 12 PM. After-hours calls may route to an on-call technician. Rates may be higher for weekends, holidays, or after-hours service.

Yes. We can often provide a free phone estimate. If an on-site evaluation is needed, an inspection fee may apply.

Every job is different. Pricing depends on:
The species involved
Where the animal is located (attic, crawlspace, wall void, roofline, etc.)
The risk level and complexity
How many visits are needed (one-time removal vs. multi-week trapping)
Whether repairs or exclusion are required

It covers a detailed inspection and (when needed) the setup of equipment and the plan for removal, exclusion, and prevention. You receive clear, written guidance on what we recommend.

We work with most nuisance wildlife found in Virginia, including bats, squirrels, raccoons, birds, foxes, beavers, opossums, voles, skunks, snakes, rodents, and more.

In many situations, traps can be set quickly once service is scheduled.

We typically set a minimum of two traps when trapping is required, and more when needed based on conditions and animal activity.

Virginia law and best practices require regular trap checks. In some cases, customers may be asked to check traps and notify us—this may reduce trip charges. Remote trap monitoring may be available for an additional fee.

We use species-specific sets, bait, and placement to reduce non-target catches, but it can still happen. We minimize risk by placing traps where the target animal is traveling.

No. For safety and legal reasons, customers must not handle or tamper with traps.

If a trap must be placed in a high-risk area, tell us so we can move it or anchor it. Replacement fees may apply for stolen equipment.

Yes, in most cases. Complex repairs may need to be made by a contractor. Removal is only part of the solution. Exclusion and repair prevent repeat problems. We can provide an itemized repair estimate and explain what matters most.

Exclusion means sealing and reinforcing entry points so animals cannot re-enter the structure.

Yes, when needed. Some situations require interior inspection, and additional charges may apply.

Yes. We stand behind our work. If the problem reoccurs within a short time window after service (often 30 days depending on the service type), we will work with you to correct it. Trip charges may still apply. Extended warranties may be available for specific services.

In Virginia, relocating many wildlife species is restricted or illegal. We follow Virginia laws and permit requirements for each species.

For wildlife problems, chemical use is often restricted. For pest control, we can use approved materials when appropriate (such as rodent control products and certain insect treatments) and we focus on safe, responsible methods.

Yes. We provide dead animal removal and (when needed) odor control services throughout most of Virginia.
